So I’m back home for the holidays and damn if it isn’t a winter wonderland up here! I guess it’s just snowing all over the place, even Seattle and Portland are covered. It’s a nice change, especially since it’s supposed to be mid 60’s and partly sunny on Christmas day down in Cali. Bleh. Who wants that on Christmas day? Not me!

I am signed in still, can’t afford not to be, but I won’t be at my computer much until I go home. Not sure when that will be. I don’t even know where I’ll be for New Year’s yet. I’ve spent it with Erin for the past few years and that won’t be happening this year so…not sure yet what I’m gonna do.

I love being home with family though. It’s nice to see everyone. I’m planning to cook Christmas Day and then a couple of days later, my sister and I are going to throw a small dinner party for a bunch of our friends. That will be fun too.

I’ve got almost all of my Christmas shopping done, but phew if my Amazon account isn’t all depleted. Come on, don’t a few more of you have some Christmas spirit you want to share with me? How about the next person who sends me a gift certificate or tip over $15 gets access to two of my picture galleries or a free MP3? That sounds like a deal!

That was funny…I said I’m a procrastinator and then I didn’t post stuff I said I was gonna post. The voip thing ended up being a bust. I bought it, received it and got ready to install it when I read in the teeny tiny fine print that you can’t use it for anything but personal home use and any use above 3,000 minutes a month would be taken as proof that you were using it against the terms of service. So I’m sending it back. I’m bummed too cause it would have saved me and my roomies about $60/mo.

I’ve been doing well in general. I’ve spent the past couple of weekends in a row with the boy and we’ve had a great time. I swear, that man’s cock is magical. We’re not getting back together, but we’re settling into a modified relationship as friends and lovers who know that there is no future. I admit it. I totally procrastinate. Why do something today that I could do tomorrow, even if it causes me to completely stress out? I guess, “Because it completely streses you out!” is a good answer…so why do I still do it? ACK!

Writing this blog entry is a way for me to put off studying. I have like 8 chapters to read for this section and I don’t want to do it. It’s that simple. I have plenty of other things I want to do or could be doing. The house is a bit messy, I need to sweep. I want to make chocolate chip cookies and I really need to go to the grocery store and get something for dinner.

But no, I’m sitting here writing this blog entry so I don’t have to go lay on my bed with my laptop and read boring ass shit about title transfers and deeds. BLEH.

Anyway, hope everyone had a rockin’ Thanksgiving! I know I did!! It was so great. I did something so stupid and I’m really glad I did. I took FOUR DAYS OFF. Yep. I did. I loved every second of it too. Had an amazing meal with family, did a little shopping the next day, spent a couple of days with the boy (yes, I got some good sex)…just relaxed and had fun.

I worked yesterday and it was a bit slow Today hasn’t been any better so far, but I’ve got my fingers crossed that it’ll pick up. Hope springs eternal and all.

I do have some other stuff to write about (I saw Erin and am getting a new VOIP thing), but I’ll try to do that a bit later tonight. For now, I need to stop procrastinating and go get some reading done. Call me and interrupt if you are horny, PLEASE!

Oh yeah, I’ll say this real fast….was funny. Yesterday this dude called me and I know I’m gonna go to hell and I probably hurt my call volume when I do this, but I just can’t help it. He was SO lame (kept changing up what he wanted in the context of the fantasy and expecting me to read his mind) and about 5 minutes into the call, he said, “I want to hear your wet pussy.” I said, “Well, that’s a problem for a couple of reasons.” He says, “Why?”

I had a great day yesterday! My laptop broke a couple of months ago and I just didn’t have the money to fix it right away, even though it’s been kinda lame not having it. Since I decided not to go to Vegas, I have a tiny bit of “extra” cash (not really, but I won’t die if I spend it), so I took my laptop in for a diagnosis.

Turns out the connection between the battery and the motherboard is bad. It still works, I got it turned on again. I just can’t move it around. So there goes the major use of the laptop! lol I can’t take it downstairs so I can chat and monitor calls and stuff while I’m watching a movie on the big screen…can’t take it into the kitchen to read a recipe while I’m cooking…can’t really take it to the boy’s house if I’m staying the night so I can work.

So I started researching laptops online day before yesterday. I still have a lot of Amazon credit, so I looked there and Dell.com and Yahoo shopping and then I remembered…Black Friday is coming up!

So I started surfing a few of the black Friday websites and I stumbled onto an amazing deal. Walmart had a “secret” sale yesterday where they had Compaq laptops for $300. Best Buy was going to have a similar deal next weekend, but the computer at Walmart was a lot faster and better.

So my cousin and I got up at the crack of dawn yesterday and made our way to Walmart by 7:30. She’s been needing one for about a year and could never really manage it, but this was so affordable, she couldn’t pass it up. There were about 50 people in line ahead of us and we got 2 of the last 5 they had.

YAY! So in general, I should be a little more accessible online now.

It was my roomie’s birthday yesterday…Erin’s too. We’re still not talking, but I texted her happy birthday. Everyone went out to dinner last night for my roomie’s birthday though. I got him a sweater that matches a dress my cousin bought for a nice dinner out in Vegas. They’re gonna look so darn cute.

Since I took the last two days off, I will be on ALL DAY today. Oh yeah, I saw Madagascar 2 yesterday. Wait for the DVD.

Ah and I have to give a special shout out to the new caller I had a couple of days ago who came twice in 8 minutes. I was EXTREMELY impressed…even more so when he busted out #3 in under half an hour. That’s some talent there.

So…Halloween rocked. We had a big party and it was a lot of fun. I dressed up like a sexy kitty cat and I looked really cute, if I do say so myself. I wore a black velvet boustier with little black silk ribbons tying the front, a slinky black skirt, fishnets, stilletos and my little cat ear/collar/cuff/tail set. I painted my nose black and even wore fake eyelashes. I was irresistable!

I’ve been sticking close to home lately, trying to save money for a mini vacation that I’ve been planning since June. My roomies got married then and they wanted everyone to go to Vegas for their honeymoon in November (intead of right after the wedding) because they needed time to save up for it and their birthdays are close to each other at the end of Oct., beginning of Nov.

I’ve decided not to go. Erin and I are going through a rough time right now and she made the decision not to go. She did calls with me and took a third job in order to pay for it, but somehow still doesn’t have the money. She asked if her new man could go and my cousin said no, because none of us know him. I think she got mad at that and just decided not to go if he couldn’t come.

She’s been avoiding me and she says it’s because she didn’t have enough money for the trip, but I think she’s just been too busy with him to even care about calling me. I confronted her about it and pretty much broke up with her. My cousin and everyone else is upset that I’m not going now, but honestly I just don’t have the money for it.

The last couple of months have been slow on the phones and I’m the only one who would lose income just from being gone…so the trip costs me way more than everyone else who has paid vacation time. Factoring that all in, I just can’t afford it now. Then add in the fact that Erin’s not going and I just don’t even want to go anyway.

Don’t worry though, I’m not crazy sad or anything, I’ll be fine. It will be nice to catch up with my bills and have some time in the house alone. The boy is supposed to come and spend at least one night with me next weekend. I’ll get the house extra clean and ready for decorating for Christmas and get everything ready for Thanksgiving dinner. It will be fine.

I want to congratulate everyone who got out and voted! I know I did my part and even though I’m not an Obama disciple (though I did vote for him), I was touched by the speeches both candidates gave on Tuesday and am hopeful for the future.

I’m on day 2 of a pretty yucky cold, though I feel better today than I thought I would. I guess that Airborne stuff really does work! I didn’t take calls at all yesterday, but I am signed in today….might sign off if I start feeling really bad though.

I got totally slammed by two 1 star feedbacks yesterday…the guy accidentally left them for the wrong person! The stuff he wrote doesn’t EVEN describe our calls. He said “oops” but then refused to contact Niteflirt and get the feedback removed. How lame is that? *pout* So if you’re looking at my fem dommes listing, please ignore that! I don’t even watch baseball and if I did, I certainly wouldn’t do it DURING a call or tell a caller than I am! I have a pause button! Sheesh.

Hope you all are having a great fall so far. I know the economy sucks and I keep having callers tell me that money is tight. Don’t worry, I’m gonna try to stick it out and make it work. Hopefully soon things will get back to normal. At least gas prices are going down, right? YAY!
