I spend a lot of time in my bedroom. I live in a pretty great house and I love my roomies (even the little one, who’s kinda messy and doesn’t quite speak English perfectly yet), but it’s a two story place and when I’m working, I hate to run up and down the stairs every 5 minutes. It’s aggravating when I run upstairs and the guy hangs up within 2 minutes or whatever.

So, I mostly stay in my room. I have the master in the house because they get more bedrooms. I’ve got my bathroom, a nice walk in closet, a fireplace. I’m set! It’s so big, I have it kinda split into two sections….bed area on one side and office/living area on the other.

What’s my point? My point is that I’m in here a lot. When I’m working, I often have the tv running in the background. Mine is an old school 27″ thing that I’ve had for a looong time. I think I’ve had this thing since I was a teenager even.

A couple of months ago, it went black and white for a day and a half. Then yesterday, I turned it on and lo and behold, no sound! I had built up quite a cushion of Amazon money mainly due to one very generous caller of mine, but I’d used some of it to buy myself some AMAZING new running shoes that I should get in the mail tomorrow. I swear, I tried these shoes on (perfect size 8.5) and I never wanted to take them off. Only saving $25 by getting them on Amazon persuaded me.

So anyway, that knocked me down a little but so now I’m short of getting a new tv by um, maybe a couple hundred dollars. I could bite the bullet and pay the difference, but I don’t want to get behind on my bills again since I really just caught up this month…so I’m going to wait and be patient and hope that some of you take pity on me and send me some Amazon love.

I woke up this morning to a gift card from a guy I’ve known forever and the note said “Because no one should be without a tv.” hahah how funny!

It’s a beautiful day today and I worked out with a trainer yesterday so I think I’ll just head to the park and take a power walk or a leisurely jog. Other than that, I plan to be around and taking calls!

Hey boys, hope your weekend is going well. Mine is! I had a great time last night. It was just me and my cousin, she finally sold a house so had a little bit of extra money and wanted to go out and have fun. I looked online for a restaurant we’d never been to that was close to the comedy club and we headed out with plenty of time before the show. I made a great choice! It was an Italian place and we had an antipasto platter and truffle oil linguine. YUM! I ate way too much, but it was worth every bite.

The show was funny, but sad at the same time. Why sad? Well, it was almost completely empty. I’ve been to this comedy place before and it was always packed. I guess the economy really is kicking people’s asses. Here’s the weird thing though…in our little area of the state, we tried to go out to dinner to a normal chain restaurant type place that was close to our house like two Saturdays in a row. There was a 45 minute to an hour wait at every single place we stopped at. We finally just got pizza and went home.

So all those people are willing to spend $15-$25 on a crappy dinner at a chain restaurant, but they won’t spend $13 to see a comedy show? It seems a bit odd. I mean, it was really empty. The place probably holds a couple hundred people and I’d say it would be generous to estimate that there were even 40 there.

But anyway, it was a good show. We headed out to dessert afterward and I got my favorite, creme brulee. Our waiter was HOT too, I almost hit on him but he was a bit too young for my taste. My cousin keeps telling me I SHOULD have a fling with a young guy, but I haven’t quite been convinced yet. Maybe.

Calls have been pretty good lately and since I took ALL of yesterday off, I will probably be on all day today. I’m gonna try to spend some quality time with my new microphone too and get out a new recording. Hmm…it will probably be a feminization theme since I have so many panty boys call me. Not as many as I used to, but I still have a pretty good panty boy caller base. Yep, I think that’s what I’ll try.
