Yummy
I just made homemade pizza for lunch. I use a recipe that’s mostly whole wheat flour mixed with a little bit of AP flour. It gives a good, crunchy thin crust that I really like. I don’t like pan crust pizza at ALL, though I wish I could manage a somewhat chewier and more “pizza” like crust at home. No matter what I try though, I can’t quite get it. Anyone have any suggestions? Regardless, here’s a picture of my current deliciousness. I just put mushrooms, olives and cheese on this one.
I don’t have any plans today so I’ll be taking calls on and off all day/evening. If anyone has an amazing recipe for chocolate cake, let me know! I know it seems funny to ask a bunch of guys who call me for phone sex for a recipe, but I know that a lot of you really like to cook so…maybe! I have to bake a cake for my cousin’s son’s 2nd b-day party on Sat. and I want it to be especially delicious.
