Saturday I went to see the new movie “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.”

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by this movie. I feel that it lacked the drama and suspense of the previous four movies (which I loved) and just generally seemed like an unnecessary segue between the last movie and the next. My cousin agreed with me, thought it was too long and just not exciting and her man fell asleep! I really don’t even feel that stoked about the next one…I won’t feel the need to buy the book to see what happens next or anything. I’m sure I will watch the next movie, but the series has lost its magic for me.

In other news, I spent all day yesterday out in nature! Well, as much nature as you can find in So. Cal anyway. My poor little feet hurt by the time we got back. Alrighty…so life has been pretty stable for the past few days, which is what I need right now.
