Sorry I didn’t write about the trip yet. I think I’m kinda burned out on the whole blog thing. Isn’t that sad? I used to look forward to updating it every day and now it just seems like a chore. So please don’t hate me if I don’t write as often for awhile, I need to take a little bit of a break from it.
Seriously though, Puerto Vallarta was fuckin’ awesome. For the first 4 or 5 days, it was beautiful and hot until around 5 pm and then it would thunder and lightning. I LOVE storms and it was so much fun for us just to sit at a restaurant and watch the lightning for awhile.
We just took it easy for the first few days, spending a lot of time at the pool and the swim up bar. 
Yes, there was a swim up bar, how cool is that? Since we both speak Spanish, we grilled the bartenders for tips on where to go and what to see. We ended up taking a tour that took us through the town to a pretty church, to a tequila factory and then up to the place where “Predator” was filmed.
The guy at the tequila place was super cool. At one point, he looked back and forth from Erin’s face to mine a few times and then asked if we were sisters. When we laughed and said no, he just kept staring at us and finally just said, “You are so beautiful!” I think that was one of the most sincere compliments I’ve heard in a long time. He was great. We got to taste 5 different flavors and types of tequila and by the time we got to the restaurant in “El Eden”, we were kinda drunk.
We opted not to eat at the super pricy restaurant and instead went for a swim. There was a river running through the place and down below the restaurant was a natural pool where there was a rock slide and a rope swing. There were too many people for us though, so we wandered up river a bit and came across another natural pool right below some rocks. The current was very swift and the water was deep in some places. It was the only refreshingly cool water we came across during the whole trip!
We didn’t notice a guy sleeping in a chair under some trees when we first got into the water…and since we thought we were alone, when my top got swept off in the current, Erin came over and we started playing a bit. Of course, he woke up a few minutes later and we heard the chair scraping the concrete when he adjusted himself in his seat. We looked over and he was rubbing himself through his shorts.

We went out dancing a few times too (the guy from El Eden took us to a place that night actually) and just generally drank way too much tequila. I almost feel like I need a vacation FROM my vacation!
I finally feel settled back in. I am still on PV time a bit, two hours later, so I’ve been going to sleep earlier than normal and waking up earlier too. I went to the gym this morning and then to get a manicure and here I am! It’s still a bit slow on the phones even though yesterday a LOT of guys called me and told me how much they missed me, so I’ll just go ahead and sign on a bit early.
Sorry I kinda glossed over Halloween! I dressed as a vampire and made a brief appearance at a party, but there was really nothing much to talk about. It was a bit boring!
