Niteflirt has forums where the flirts talk to each other. I participate in them. I think it’s fun to talk to other girls who do the same thing that I do. We talk about our websites, software, calls, call volume, Niteflirt issues, movies, etc.! Most of the time it’s pretty peaceful.
Then there are times like today! Recently there’s been a lot of discussion about how financial domination listings seem to be dominating the front page of featured listings and how guys who are new to the site might be getting the wrong impression about what’s offered. The girl who started the thread also complained that recently she’s been having a hard time converting the traffic that she gets to her listing, even though she changes it frequently.
Well, the conversation eventually led around to how some girls will hang up on guys or block guys they don’t like talking to. Here’s what one woman said about the subject:

I bet my callers know which side I took!! lol I vigorously disagreed with her. Now, I don’t make a habit of hanging up on guys or blocking guys for being mildly annoying.
That said, I LOVE my job with a passion. I think it’s awesome and I’m grateful every day for so many aspects of it, it’s not even funny. Even on days when I complain about a weird call or have had a slow day (which I realize for a lot of PSOs would still be a good day), I love it.
The thing is, I want it to stay that way. If I made myself stay on the line with every asshole who called me and was being a jerk or every guy who listened to me go all out with everything I had for half an hour without even barely grunting or seeming to enjoy himself or every guy who wouldn’t take no for an answer when I told him sorry, I can’t pretend to fuck my uncle, I would hate this job in a very short period of time.
So yeah, the callers aren’t there to entertain me, I get that. But we have choices. If you’re a secretary and your boss is making you suck his cock, you have the choice to accept that or quit (or sue). If you’re a shop owner and some jerk comes in and starts rearranging the merchandise and calling you a bitch, you have the right to refuse service.
I reserve that same right!
Fortunately, I’m in the position where doing so every once in awhile isn’t going to hurt my bottom line. I’m not complaining about call volume while slamming the phone down on 1/3 of my callers. And yeah, you should probably be a bit more tolerant of guys if you are hurting for the cash…but for God’s sake, it’s not career suicide to make these choices. Some of us have the luxury to be able to.
I was quite offended that that woman and a few other flirts, seemed to think that I was mentally challenged because I would dare to hang up on a caller. Or implied that I’m giving bad service.
I’m sorry, but that’s just not the case. Any of them can read my feedback, which truthfully is just about the best of any girl on Niteflirt (I get people emailing me all the time who say that, callers and flirts alike), and see that that’s not true.
I’m actually one of the few phone sex girls who REALLY gets off with her callers! Does anyone know how rare that really is? Apparently my callers do, since the vast majority of my calls every day are from guys who have called me before.

I didn’t say I didn’t do uncle calls because it was against TOS, that whole thing was about calls I don’t take because I don’t like them or don’t want to. The rape thing was left over from when I used to do calls on another system and I just forgot to take it off. Leave it to a girl to police my site for me! I do enjoy doing rape calls though and if it wasn’t against Niteflirt’s TOS, I’d do them on there. Please remember that the post was about calls I don’t enjoy doing and callers I would hang up on. How do I know how many other PSOs get off with their callers? I’ve been in this industry for a long time and even when I wasn’t taking calls, I still had contact with lots of women who did calls. I even have two girls working on this site right now and there have also been plenty of conversations about that particular topic on various message boards over the years. Most girls won’t admit to other PSO’s that they really get off with their callers.
So yeah, I actually do get off with my callers, which is fairly rare. I didn’t say I did on every call.
i wasn’t policing your site. i was trying to understand how you don’t want to do certain calls like pretending to fuck you uncle or as you wrote on the forum, underage fantasies but you are okay with rape all of which are against tos. i tell some of my callers the same thing when each ask if i really get off with them or on any other calls, of course just like you i fake it and don’t get off on every call. now they will never really know when i’m faking it or not, just like some of your callers you fake it with but they believe you are really getting off with them, rarely or not.

First off, I have to say that it really is up to Nikki or any other PSO to decide who they want to talk to and what they want to talk about. Everyone has their own boundry’s, what they like and what they don’t and what they will put up with. If you don’t want to be insulted, or have your time wasted, then you do not have to be. The problem is that many men come to the operator thinking that I am paying, so I can do whatever I want. While they are the customer, it does not mean that the the operator has to do something she does not want to do. That stands in any business, and I think that should should go double for this one. Your dealing with a very personal part of people’s lives here. On both ends of the phone.
As for the faking, if Nikki came with every single call she got in the day, she would be exhausted and require surgery for carpal tunnel on both hands. If she can fake well, and it enhances my experience, then we are all good. Its the girls that are obviously faking that can make you feel like your doing something totally wrong.

I too feel obligated and am glad to come to the defense of Nikki, not because she needs any but because she is an extremely extraordinary person and the way she comes to this business is very unique. First Donna, this is a business of fantasy pure and simple. Just like role playing in a video game or for us old timers a board game. In a fantasy anything is possible, but nothing is real. Next I have found Nikki very constant in what she expects and will allow from callers which brings us to a secondary point of Donna’s and the main thread of the original subject. And that is her choice to hang up on anyone that she chooses. As Nikki so eloquently pointed out that as a business owner (which I am) I have the right to deny service to anyone that I choose. And I do not even have to be consistent, I can choose to exercise my standards on one individual and can choose not to hold the next one to the same. And I, like Nikki, will accept any fall out of the choices that we make. And by reading Nikki’s feedback I do not think that there are too many guys that would worry that they would not get an exceptional quality call. And as for Nikki’s standards they are what makes her a cut above most PSO. Also her standards allow Nikki to not only be a great operator but a wonderful person, but that is not for this forum.
Lastly, the fact that Nikki cums with each of her callers is of no importance. If the guy needs that to fulfill his FANTASY then she does what she needs. If on the other hand having her orgasm is not an important part of the FANTASY and only a by product then a fake one is as good as a real one. And all you have to do is look at Nikki’s return business and you will see that she gives her callers exactly what they want…. and that is one hell of a FANTASY.

I think Miss Donna you need to seperate fantasy from reality and also you will find most girls including Nikki will not allow fantasies that are harmful . However its hardly the PSO’s job to police the fantasies of others !

I totally agree with Nikki, it is the pso’s right to refuse service to whom ever they choose to. After all is this a service business, and service can be denied to anybody. A car dealer can choose to not sell you a car, so why couldn’t pso do the same thing? Answer they can, and they should!! Anybody that thinks the ladies deserve to be treated in a way other than they choose to be treated is just plain dumb! They are offering you as the caller something that you want!
