trying to catch a breath…
I had to sign out so I could get enough time to post this journal entry! It was slow for a tiny bit earlier, but I didn’t take advantage of the time! DUH! So as I posted yesterday, I had the best day EVER for income. That rocked! Today was super solid as well. I’m definitely looking at a record week and I couldn’t be happier as far as that is concerned!Â
I just had a dumb NF newbie accidentally rate me 2 stars. That just chaps my hide! lol Had some other dude slip me a 4 star and I dunno why. I guess you can’t please everyone!
I will definitely take the time tomorrow to post a huge update as well as shout outs (I’m too tired to do them right now, sorry guys) but I have to mention one thing. My good friend down here is looking online for guys to date. It’s actually getting to be pretty trendy for girls in my age group. So we are surfing on craig’s list looking for DECENT posts and I come across this one that has this picture in it.
Now, the guy’s face was NOT whited out in the ad, but I have to ask, “What the hell was he thinking?” Even if I weren’t a vegetarian, I would NOT find this picture to be attractive in the least. Are there women out there who would????? We emailed him and told him he should consider ditching the pic of the huge dead fish and his response was, “Are you a spokesperson for all women?”
Was he seriously arguing that there ARE women out there who would think that’s sexy? Women who would answer his ad because he had this picture on it? Come on now…gimme a BREAK!! I feel like calling a local radio station and asking them to do a lightning poll.
Anyway, sorry for that. I’m sure that’s not what you expected to see when you came to my journal today, but I just had to share. My friend and I pretty much rolled around on the floor laughing for a good half hour over what a doofus this dude is.
